What does Altevere do?
Altevere is a consulting and advisory firm. We work with SMEs on defined, project-based engagements, bringing the right senior-level experience to the business at the right time to address leadership, operational, and strategic needs, without requiring a permanent executive hire. Our team works alongside your leadership team to provide the expertise, perspective, and capacity the project calls for, and Altevere is accountable for the result.
What kinds of consulting projects do you work on?
We work with SMEs at inflection points: a leadership transition, a push to scale, a capital raise, a new market, a major partnership. Projects fall into five advisory lines: executive (leadership, strategy, succession, and confidential counsel), partnership (strategic partnerships and investor, channel, and capital relationships), operational (systems, cadence, execution, and commercialization strategy), marketing (positioning, brand, and go-to-market), and financial (capital strategy, financial modeling, and investor readiness). Every project starts with a diagnosis of what is holding the business back and is scoped around your goals.
How is Altevere different from a traditional consulting firm?
Traditional consultants diagnose a problem and leave you a report. Altevere is a consulting firm whose executives stay in the room to execute. They work alongside your team, own the outcomes we agree on, and Altevere is accountable for the result.
Which experts are on the Altevere team?
Our all-female leadership team consults and advises SMEs at inflection points through five advisory lines.
Executive Advisory (CEO): leadership, strategy, and succession.
Partnership Advisory (CPO, Chief Partnership Officer): strategic partnerships, investor and channel relationships, and capital introductions.
Operational Advisory (COO): operations, systems, execution, and commercialization strategy.
Marketing Advisory (CMO, Chief Marketing Officer): positioning, brand, and go-to-market.
Financial Advisory (CFO): capital strategy, financial modeling, and investor readiness.
When a project demands it, we bring in other experts from our ecosystem of specialists. We diagnose first, so you do not need to know the exact advisory line going in.
Do we have to engage more than one expert?
No. Most clients start with one project and one lead. Every project is supported behind the scenes by our confidential team, so you engage only the expertise you need and still benefit from the experience of the whole team. Where a project crosses disciplines, our experts collaborate on it together.
How quickly can a project start?
Because our team is already in place, most projects can begin within weeks of a first conversation, not the months a full-time executive search usually takes.

Does joining the team mean committing to one company?
No. Our team members work across multiple consulting projects, bringing their expertise to each on flexible terms rather than inside a single full-time role.
How is an engagement structured?
Every engagement is a defined consulting project with an agreed scope, deliverables, and timeline. We work alongside your leadership team, time is sized to the work, from a set number of days per month to a full mandate, and terms are agreed upfront so expectations are clear on both sides.
Is Altevere a staffing or placement firm?
No. A staffing firm hands you a person and steps back. Altevere is a consulting firm that works with SMEs project by project: we diagnose the problem, scope the project, lead it alongside your leadership team with a senior executive who has solved it before, and stay accountable for the result. You hold one consulting agreement for each project, with Altevere as your single point of contact.

Is our company information kept confidential?
Yes. Anything you share with Altevere, whether through this website or by email, is treated with complete confidentiality, and we will not disclose your business information to any third party without your explicit consent.
How do you select the experts on your team?
Every member of the team is chosen for track record, functional depth, and demonstrated leadership at the senior level, applying a rigorous standard to every member. We only put leaders on your project we would trust to lead our own business.
Why is Altevere an all-female team?
Women hold roughly one in five C-suite seats in Canada, concentrated in support functions rather than the roles closest to strategy, capital, and the boardroom. That's not a talent gap - it's a visibility gap in the referral networks that quietly build C-suite reputations. Altevere exists to close that gap directly, by giving exceptional women the access and visibility to lead senior-level projects.
